I love the sheer glee in G’Kar’s laughter.

G’Kar’s cackling and mimicing Londo had me rolling on the floor first time I saw this. What a great scene and it just gets better.
G’Kar’s song in the elevator is based on the ditty he sang at the beginning of “The Parliament of Dreams.”
I believe Katsulas made it up.
