I hate that question. I would fail this as well.
First time I watched this, I got so pissed off that anyone could get away with treating the noble Delenn this way.
Who are you and what do you want?

Delenn should have answered: “What do you want?”
With a safe-word that she doesn’t know…
This “Who are you?” inquisition has prompted much soul-searching. How many of us could answer it satisfactorily?
The Shadows’ question is easier, although its consequences are harsher.
