First time through, that was one of the hugest shocks of the entire series. Unfortunate how it played out, though. 
Also, for some reason, the “you stupid bitch” part is cut out of the next episode’s “previously on…” It almost seems like it was added later, considering that it’s a off-screen voiceover here.
