I’m really surprised that Charisma Carpenter’s career didn’t really take off. She’s just stunning, and so, for lack of a better word, charismatic that I always just assumed that she would have made it big.

Generally speaking, Joss picked great actors and got the most out of them.
As for Charisma, I’m also surprised that she hasn’t laned batter roles, she is actually a really good actress and very attractive, she should be more in demand than she actually is.
